The game was developed in Ubisoft Toronto studio one of the studios and published by Ubisoft which has recently officially revealed their one of the greatest creation game in YouTube.
Story Line
From the trailer, we can expect that the game is taking place in a fictional Carribian island of Cuba. Ubisoft has claimed that it is the most massive map they have ever created in far cry series. So we can expect a vast and detailed full map. The far cry is usually known for its villain and excellent storyline. This the Breaking Bad actor Giancarlo Esposito is cast for the main villain this time and looking pretty good in his character. He is playing as the leader of Cuba island and wanted to be the dictator leader. In the trailer, we see that he taught his son what the importance of power is, He had this vision that he wanted to use the resource of the island and wanted to be a free and independent country. He doesn’t want to interfere with a foreign country. He taught his son to be the man and to be the next leader of that country.
The character the players are going to play is a local Yaran named Dani Rojas. He is a guerrilla solder and wanted to freedom his country from the dictator leader and restore the former glory of the country.
Development
The game has been underdeveloped for about four years in the Toronto studio, which is the main studio of Ubisoft. We have seen the previous Far Cry games and many other games from that studio so far. Navid Khavari, the narrative director of the game, said that they have planned for the game to be exceptional and exciting. They have been researching the important past revolutions and come across with the idea of the guerrilla revolution.
A rumor about the new upcoming far cry was teased in July 2020. The rumor becomes more legit when Giancarlo Esposito shared his experience with the new huge video game project. There were some leaked photos that were released before the actual official release. So players were more excited about the game.
The game is expected to be built in using the DUNIA engine as far cry 5. The trailer shows a huge amount of graphics improvement and level of detail. The game also might support the new ray tracing technology.

Like other games of this franchise, Far Cry 6 might be a first-person game. But there are rumors that it might also be in the third person.
